Amongst other proficiencies of this productive unit is planning,
manufacture and use of tunnel furnace with gas fuel for braking
mud brick.
Today ,the most modern brck producting plants are using tunnel
furnaces that in addition to brick are used for manufacturing
superior ceramics, industry and refactory bricks as well.
One of the numerous advantage of tunnel furnace is color homogeneity
since neat and baking processes are totally controlled by computer
and
traditional measurement tools are not employed in this procedure.
On
the other hand , regarding employment of refactory bricks
in internal wall of such furnaces, one can increase temperature
raises to 900- 950 c. This is wroth mentioning that the best
temperature for baking mud brick and homogeneity and strength
of its texture is about 1050 c. That tunnel furnacesare easily
able to provide. Therefore fictile (earthenware ) product
of such funaces has the least water absorption and maximum
strength to pressure.
Another advantage of such furnaces is their high output so
that recovery of gas energy in such furnaces reaches to up
to 85% of consumed energy.
I the other words, energy consumption in tunnel furnaces for
producting each ton of brick show an equivalent of 63L of
fuel oil used in traditional plants.
Action taken to optimize and converting old furnaces to modern
tunnel
furnaces was cause for reducing equivalent 118.4L fuel oil
consumption
for producting one ton of brick to equivalent consumption
of 56.4L fuel oil.
This reduction leads to decrased price of brick in the country.
At present 5% of total industrial energy consumpting plants
of Iran are of tunnel-type and
95% are using traditional processes.
This is while 15% of total industrial energy consumption is
devoted to
brick, title and ceramic producting plants.

This Productionunit, following mounts
of precise inspection and quality
control of its products finally in May 2006 was able to obtain
standard
license from the Iranian Institute of standards and Industrial
Reseaches.
This, in addition to continued producction of reliable and
high quality
products,provided required permits for this plane to export
its products other countries.
